Returns Policy

Defective items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item. Authorization must be given prior to returning product. Please contact us using the Contact Tab located at the bottom of your screen.

Returning Damaged / Defective Items
In cases of the damage or defect, the return process can be expedited by providing us with digital pictures or videos of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) through email.  Our customer support team will deal with it in less than 48 hours on weekdays. (in the form of return, replacement, refund or credit in the form of a discount code). 

If the damage/defect cannot be verified via email contact, the product may be required to be returned to us for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover the cost of return postage. Once received and the item has been inspected and has been found to be faulty, then a full refund of the purchase price will be given. The refund will be paid to you in the same manner as it was received. If on the other hand the item is found not to be defective, then the item will be returned to you at no additional cost. 

Please allow 10-14 working days for claims process to be finalised.

No refunds are given for the below-mentioned reasons

  • changed your mind
  • ordered the wrong item
  • found the goods cheaper elsewhere
  • were aware of the relevant fault before buying the goods
  • damaged the goods by misusing them.
  • Personalised or custom made items (unless the fault is due to our negligence.

If a parcel is lost in transit we cannot give a refund or replacement of product until a full investigation is done with the freight company which can take up to 6 weeks from the time we are notified that your goods have not been received.

All items are inspected before shipment.
